Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the conditions of service provided by Breathing Whale Tokyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By registering as a member, you agree to these Terms.
Our classes are conducted with a maximum of 6 participants to ensure personalized and detailed instruction. Members are responsible for checking their own health condition and are advised to participate within a safe and comfortable range.
Members currently undergoing medical treatment must obtain approval and recommendation from their doctor prior to participating in our classes. Pregnant members may join classes only if they are at least 16 weeks pregnant, in good physical condition, and have doctor's approval for exercise.
The Company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during class participation. Members must participate at their own risk.
Reservations and cancellations must be made through our online booking system. Reservations can be made up to 10 minutes before the start of class, and cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before class starts. Members must manage their own reservations and cancellations directly.
Unused tickets can be fully refunded by contacting us via email at info@breathingwhale.jp or through the chat button on our website. However, tickets that have passed their validity period or tickets whose period has been extended upon a member’s request cannot be refunded. Please feel free to request a ticket extension at any time, and enjoy your classes with peace of mind.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items within our facility. Members are responsible for managing their own valuables.
The Company may suspend service usage or revoke membership if a member violates these Terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Changes to these Terms will be announced via the Company's website and will take effect upon announcement.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
