Breathingwhale’s yoga classes begin with a short meditation. Practice starts with a theme for reflecting on daily life and with breathing meditation.
The class level is designed so that even those experiencing yoga for the first time can move their bodies safely and notice the movements of their minds, at a comfortable level. Both beginners new to yoga and experienced practitioners who prefer a gentle style of practice are welcome to join. All classes are 60 minutes, and to provide careful guidance to each participant, class size is limited to 6 people.

In this class, we focus on body balance and alignment. You’ll deepen your poses through mindful movement. We mainly practice basic poses, but I occasionally offer more challenging ones—so enjoy your own practice at your own pace. Build your strength, improve flexibility, and find your inner peace.

Meditation Yoga (All Level, 60min)

Mindfulness means focusing fully on the present moment. In this class, after practicing basic Hatha Yoga to prepare the body, we enter meditation in a state of heightened concentration. Through the class, we aim to cultivate stability of both mind and body. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
